Our prices are based on one week's stay, Saturday to Saturday but out of high season we are happy to accommodate long weekends and short stays.

Prices include electricity, wood for stove, bedlinen and towels.  

If staying for longer than one week we are happy to provide fresh bedlinen and towels at the end of the first week. 

Christmas 2012 falls on a Tuesday - we are happy to accommodate bookings for Christmas week on alternative days of the week (ie not necessarily Sat-Sat!) but Christmas bookings are for one week......

Hogmanay likewise falls on Monday - again we're happy to look at different dates dependant on Christmas week guests.   

Arrival after 4 p.m. / departure by 12 noon please 

Should you require the extra 5th bed for one of your children there will be an extra £25 charge.

We are happy to offer a 5% discount to return clients who book within 12 months of their original holiday.
